Who Are The Believers? The Believers is an organization founded by 36 men November 19, 1973 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, USA. We are organized on the common belief that the King James Bible is the one and only absolute, pure word of God. Therefore we are against any other book or manuscript replacing the King James Bible as the final written authority. How Do I Join The Believers? Fill out and sign a Statement Card in good faith. Mail it to The Believers. After two members have witnessed your statement, we will issue you a Membership Card. Email address: TheBelievers@charter.net Why Should I Join The Believers? We have had over 1,200 people join The Believers, but there must be literally millions of Believers that are not organized. We offer such an organization. It's great to be a Believer, but to be an organized Believer is special. We are publickly declaring our belief in the authority of the King James Bible. Therefore we have the absolute truth (in writing) pertaining to the Father, the Son, the Holy Ghost, heaven, earth, hell, man, everlasting life, and a host of other subjects. The Bible believing fraternity is often ridiculed in this day and age. The Believers represent a strong voice from the common man in opposition to these attacks. We hope and pray for future assemblies of back to the Bible revivals. The King James Bible has been taken out of the publick schools. It has been slowly eased out of many of the pulpits. Therefore many congregations have followed. To day if you defend the old classical standard text over the newer versions you are sometimes labeled "controversial," and treated as an outcast. This is spiritual warfare. Our sacred book is under attack to day. Many have already traded in the Bible of their forefathers for a new up-to-date version. If you are one of these people then we hope websites like this one will help bring you back to the real Bible. If you believe then please join us. Let's stand up for the King James Bible as a team speaking with one voice in its defense. If you have doubts then do some research. Do some soul searching. Pray and meditate. The evidence is overwhelming that this is a spiritual book from God. It is hard to believe at first, but the more you study the issue the more obvious it becomes: God is the author of the King James Bible!
